College Scholarships for Parishioners

The Knights of Columbus Fr. Thomas Schwinn Council #11942 celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2022. The KC's are proud to represent St. John XXIII and support our community through many faith-centered activities.

Scholarships

Each spring, the Fr. Thomas J. Schwinn KC Council offers $500 college scholarships for multiple students! If you're a high school senior preparing to attend an accredited vocational school or college next fall, and an active member of St. John XXIII parish, please submit your application now. Since 1999,  our parish Knights council has awarded more than $20,000 in college scholarships. This is a valuable benefit for our parishioners and we encourage all students to apply.

All scholarships will be awarded on the basis of merit, including parish and school/community involvement. A short personal essay is also required.
